Faculty
王宏伟博士,浙江大学长聘教授、博士生导师,担任浙江大学-UIUC联合学院副院长、数据与信息科学研究部主任,UIUC工学院兼聘教授。曾任职英国朴茨茅斯大学工学院永久职位副教授独立领导研究团队,作为第一导师指导毕业博士、硕士生30余人(其中一人获得国家“优秀自费留学奖”)。任职朴茨茅斯大学前,他分别在浙江大学(生仪学院/竺可桢学院)、清华大学(自动化系)、剑桥大学(工程系)获得学士、硕士和博士学位。
担任浙江省海外高层次人才联谊会总会副秘书长、电子信息分会副会长,受邀成为浙江省多个地市区的顾问专家。王教授是英国高等教育院Fellow,是IEEE、人工智能学会等多个国际国内学术组织资深会员,担任国际期刊Journal of Service Oriented Computing and Applications编委以及IJCAI、IEEE CSCWD等多个高水平国际会议技术委员会委员和组织者。曾为国际会议做主旨报告两次,获得四项高水平国际会议最佳论文奖。
研究兴趣是人工智能(AI)与基于知识的系统(KBS)应用于复杂系统设计、分析、制造和维护,近年来主要从事知识图谱构建、基于知识的决策与推理、知识驱动的协同建模与仿真、复杂系统状态监测和故障诊断等方面的研究工作,主持和参加国家重点研发计划、自然科学基金、航天重点实验室基金、EPSRC等中英大型科研项目10余项。研究成果成功应用于工业系统软件的研发,涉及能源、汽车、航天等多个领域的人工智能技术应用研究,曾获得“吴文俊人工智能奖”等重要科研奖励。发表学术论文120余篇,其中包括IEEE Trans. on Industrial Informatics、IEEE Trans. on Services Computing、IEEE Trans. on SMC: Systems、Applied Soft Computing、IEEE Trans. on Instrumentation and Measurement、Neurocomputing、Energy、ISA Transactions、Robotics and Computer-Integrated Manufacturing、Advanced Engineering Informatics等一区、二区期刊论文40余篇,申请发明专利12项。
